Meet the Owner
CENTURY 21 Hansen Realty Inc. has it all, starting with the 33-year-old company's Broker, Christine Hansen, whose resumé of achievements and honors reads like an entry in any "Who's Who".  In addition, she and her firm are ideally poised to help you buy or sell prestigious properties in south Florida because of the recognizable CENTURY21® brand, excellent exposure in the local, national and international markets, and knowledgeable, ethical professionals ready to help clients find their perfect match.

CENTURY 21 Hansen Realty was established in 1977 by Christine's mother, Anita Hansen, who is a charter member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale's Honor society.  But it wasn't too soon for Christine to begin thinking about her own career in real estate someday.  She subsequently obtained her Real Estate Sales and /Broker licenses, and took over management of the company in 1994, seven years after joining the firm.

Elected by her peers, Christine served as the 2007 president of the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, helping to advance the 12, 000-member-strong organization's mission.  Previously, she had been vice-president, treasurer, and chair of numerous committees and task forces.  Her involvement at the state and national levels is equally impressive.  Since 2002 she has been director of the Florida Association of REALTORS®  and director of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® since 2005 - no small undertaking.  But she has always risen to the challenge.
